Migrate Cost Analysis Returning 500

On Tuesday 11/02 between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM PDT, in migrate module when trying to get the cost analysis for move groups, 500 internal error was thrown. This was due to an internal license quota expiration with our partner. We were able to fix this within an hour. We are implementing a mechanism that will prevent unplanned license expirations in the future.
