On Tuesday, 10th December, as part of the regular service upgrades, one of the services did not have correct permission related to Cost Management reports APIs. Because of this, when users were accessing the Reports section in Cost Management, they were getting 401-Unauthorized errors, and the UI was logging them out. After discovering this, the team upgraded the defaulting service with correct mappings, and access to the Reports section was restored.
