AWS Connectivity issues in us-east-2 region

From approximately 11:34 AM until 12:51 PM PST, AWS was experiencing intermittent connectivity issues to its us-east-2 region. It has been reported that some customer networks are having issues connecting to resources within those regions. A portion of the Virtana application is hosted within the us-east-2 region of AWS. Virtana customers may have experienced intermittent connectivity during this event.
