Backend fixes have resolved the underlying notification issues causing exhausted db connections limits which affect our UI notification system.
However, the team continues to investigate other behaviors preventing the progress page from closing even when backend operations have been complete.

Migrate progress bar is displayed when certain UI actions have been invoked and should be removed once the action has been completed. The page is not being removed after these actions have been completed and remain rendered. Instead, users have to refresh the page to get the status of their action.
We are currently investigating this issue.
